From Pilot to Practice — Building Momentum with Evidence That Scales feat. Florida Gulf Coast University and Texas A&M University

Florida Gulf Coast University and Texas A&M University share how they expanded from small-sample assessments within their LMS to large-scale, juried assessment in HelioCampus, creating consistent, credible evidence across programs. This shift supported stronger faculty engagement, launched meaningful meta-assessment, and built confidence in data used for program improvement, Gen Ed reform, and accreditation readiness. You’ll hear how intentional communication, clear expectations, and staff-managed processes helped sustain momentum and keep assessment moving forward.
