Sustain Through Anything: Your Academic Portfolio

Join for our latest series where we share how Provosts and academic leaders are evolving from episodic, compliance-driven program reviews to a continuous, agile view of the health of their academic program mix. Each episode highlights data analysis and decision streams institutions can establish to connect student outcomes, academic quality, and financial performance into one picture they can act on and measure year-round, not just at reaffirmation.

EPISODE 1:
From Silos to Systems: How Rutgers Built a Shared Repository of Evidence

Thurs, 6/4 @ 2pm ET | 11am PT

Many institutions treat assessment evidence like a wild goose chase, with information scattered across departments, rebuilt for each new request, and outdated by the time anyone needs it. Rutgers University is taking a different path. In this session, the Rutgers team will show how the Data Collection and Self-Study modules in HelioCampus are helping streamline periodic reporting by enabling collaborative report writing, standardizing closed‑ended data collection, and structuring evidence so results can be easily shared with the appropriate audiences. By managing academic program reviews, annual assessment reports, and accreditation self‑studies in a single platform, Rutgers is building a structured evidence repository where every stakeholder can work from the same source of truth.
