Support Options

We'll be providing two forms of support  to help institutions with any issues that arise as they are installing or utilizing the LMS Explorer Kit. 

Live Office Hours:
Every week, on Wednesday from 1pm - 2pm Eastern, members of the HelioCampus team will be available to answer questions and troubleshoot issues. Fill out the form to the right to be sent a meeting link.

Support Email:
Email with your inquiries. Emails will be answered between 8am and 5pm Eastern on weekdays within 48-hours.
